Patrick McKinney is an award winning interior architect and founder of A.M.P.. He has a strong reputation for producing innovative spaces across private, public and commercial sectors.
Since 2003, Patrick has been responsible for the design of Gymbox fitness clubs located at multiple sites across London including the former Lumiere cinema on St Martins Lane and the former Lloyds Bank HQ in the City of London.
As design Director of BKD has led the design of the Media Space at Londons Science Museum, the hybrid leaning space 'The Study' at the Manchester Museum and the award winning way finding system for Manchesters Whitworth gallery.
Patrick has served on judging panels for the Irish Institute of Contemporary Art & Design and the D&AD Awards. He currently teaches at both Middlesex and Coventry University.
